Our teams and core personnel remained unchanged and we have now been a dedicated provider to the construction industry for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on our levels of service and experience and are NHBC, Constructionline Gold, SAFE Contractor and CHAS accredited.

Project Supervision
Each project is overseen by a Director alongside our in-house Site Managers. We aim to complete every project on time and to budget without compromise on quality or workmanship.

PAH Building & Construction Ltd are specialists in extensive, multi-unit residential estate refurbishment, complex/high value insurance works for residential and commercial clients and bespoke residential new build.
Extensive Residential Estate Refurbishment
We offer the ability to execute multi-million pound refurbishment projects on large housing estates. We carry out full refurbishment, new roofs, EWI, new M+E systems, wholesale replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, decorations, floor coverings, glazing and groundworks/landscaping etc.
Complex and High Nett Worth Insurance Projects
With over 20 years of experience in this sector PAH offer a bespoke service on those complex and challenging residential or commercial insurance projects which can be a huge challenge to the inexperienced contractor. PAH can offer a bespoke service to suit any type of project.
Bespoke Residential New Build
Having built homes and new commercial buildings of values ranging from £250,000 to £2,000,000 plus. We offer a unique and high quality service and alongside well regarded architects and engineers we can offer a truly "turn key" project service.
Quality and Health and Safety
PAH are committed members of the NHBC, Constructionline Gold Accredited and have CHAS and SAFE. We also employ specialist Health and Safety Advisors ensuring that day to day site activities are being conducted safely and to the required standards.

Sustainable Solutions
With every project we undertake, we look to reduce the impact of the building process on the environment. PAH promote renewable innovations. We recycle materials, look to reduce and recycle waste and attempt to minimise energy consumption and protect the natural environment around our sites.
Sustainable Materials
Alongside our clients and suppliers, we are aware of our responsibility to source materials efficiently. For the past 5 years we have worked closely with a national supplier to help us identify the most appropriate products both in terms of performance and their carbon footprint.
Waste Management
Waste management is an area we can target, review and action. At PAH we recycle hundreds of tonnes of concrete, metals, timber, carpets and plastics each year. We are proud to have recycled 97.34%* from 847 tons of material waste over the past 12 months. (* = as of May 2023)
Renewable Innovations
PAH readily install energy saving products appropriate to the project. Experienced in external wall insulation (EWI) and the installation of air source heat pumps (ASHP) in both new build and refurbishment projects, we can also install PV Solar Panels and EV charging points.
Energy Efficiency
In conjunction with our clients, PAH evaluate each project before any work is carried out, to understand where environmental improvements are needed. We always encourage going above and beyond the Building Regulations to achieve maximum efficiencies.
