PAH has been built on the foundations of high quality work, looking after people and leaving the industry better than we found it.
We partner with insurers, surveyors, architects and commercial owners of large residential estates to deliver quality work and transformative results. Our clients come to us when they need safe hands, a highly competent team and careful management.
We work in the southern central region of the UK and cover projects along the central corridor as far north as Yorkshire.

We are relentless in making sure our team has the necessary skills, experience and processes to do a proper job, and run a safe site. We invest in external health and safety consultants, prioritise training and competency, and ensure we are compliant with accreditations such as CHAS, SafeContractor and ISO 9001.

The PAH
Story
Set up in 1998 by Paul Hodges, PAH Building and Maintenance began providing refurbishment for one of the largest private real estate owners in the UK. In 2010, we set up a sister company – PAH Building and Construction – working with insurance companies to reinstate properties devastated by fire or floods. Then in 2017, as the businesses grew, we decided to consolidate the two businesses. Our company structure may have changed over the years, but our values have not. And we’re proud that many of our original team and clients are still with us today.
In our 25 years, we’ve grown to a team of more than 25, many of whom have been here since the early days. We’re extremely proud of our team, they’re hard working, conscientious and always willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
Each project is run by a dedicated contracts manager and a project site manager, supported by a combination of our in-house team, and subcontractors who we have worked with for many years. Our directors, Mark and Trevor, are always on hand to oversee and assist as needed, and you’ll regularly see them in meetings and on site. We also have family liaison officers we bring in for larger-scale estate projects and a brilliant admin team supporting us behind the scenes.
